For 9 years, the Fort2Base Race has brought our community together. Throughout, the safety and well-being of our athletes, spectators, staff, volunteers and our community at-large, has been our number one priority.
With that in mind, rest assured that we are closely monitoring the developing situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus) and will continue to do so over the coming months preceding the Fort2Base Race.
As of now, our planning and preparations for the 10th annual Fort2Base Race scheduled for August 23rd, 2020 are well underway and will continue unabated. For our athletes, who are undaunted and are continuing to register, along with all of you, who comprise the Fort2Base Race Family, we will be working to ensure that you will be able to enjoy the Fort2Base Race experience you have come to expect.
In the coming months, we will continue to monitor the situation and as Fort2Base race day approaches, any decisions will be made in concert with our local, state and federal officials and with your best interests in mind. We will communicate with you as soon as possible should there be any potential changes and what our collective options are.
We will be ready to welcome everyone in August, in the meantime, be smart, wash your hands, keep moving, stay positive and check in on one another.
